Summer May → September 200 seats on the terrace. Grills, long tables and long evenings facing the gorges. Book early for weekends.
Winter October → April by the fire. Slow-cooked dishes, festive meals, quiet seminars, family Sunday lunches.

The Gorges du Loup is one of the best-known canyoning spots in the world. The inn is where you land when you come out of the water: long tables, and a canyoning + meal package on request.
