Canyoning season in the Gorges du Loup: the auberge is ready for you
After canyoning, time to eat.
A hot meal and a bed as you come out of the Gorges du Loup.
News
A fixture of the season.
The Gorges du Loup canyoning routes reopen with the warm weather, and with them come the tables of hungry canyoners in damp wetsuits, arriving at the auberge late in the morning or mid-afternoon. For more than thirty years, it has been one of the season's fixtures at Le Pont-du-Loup.

A hot meal as you leave the gorges
The auberge restaurant is at Le Pont-du-Loup, where the gorges open onto the valley, a few minutes from the route exits. The shady 200-seat terrace welcomes groups straight out of the canyon for traditional homemade cooking: local meats, signature dishes, and a group menu if there are a lot of you.
For more than ten people, please book: the kitchen and dining room organise themselves to serve a group within an hour, which matters when the coach or shuttle is waiting.

Stay on site for a two-day trip
For a canyoning weekend, the auberge's hotel has 5 double and triple rooms above the restaurant, sleeping up to 13 people. Optional continental breakfast, dinner downstairs in the evening, and free private parking for vehicles and equipment trailers.
The auberge does not run canyoning trips: book them with the guides and outdoor centres in the gorges. Our summer stay in the Gorges du Loup page has pointers for planning your weekend, and our restaurant with terrace page describes your base.
