The hotel
A small hotel, in the quiet of the gorges.
The Auberge des Gorges du Loup is a small 5-room hotel in Tourrettes-sur-Loup, at Le Pont-du-Loup, between Vence and Grasse. The double and triple rooms sleep 1 to 3 people, the restaurant is on the ground floor and private parking is free. The coast is 30 minutes away; the gorges start at the front door.
The hotel has two double rooms and three triple rooms. A triple room has one double bed and one single bed and can be booked for one, two or three people. The double rooms can be booked for one or two people.
All the rooms are on the first floor, above the restaurant, with no lift. With five rooms, the inn can sleep up to 13 people, which suits a group of motorcyclists, cyclists or walkers.

Extras
Check-in 3pm to 8pm, check-out 7:30am to 11am. Breakfast 7:30am to 10am on weekdays, 8am to 10am at weekends. Tourist tax: €0.60 per person per night. Prices are a guide only: the booking engine shows the exact rate for your dates.
Each room has a TV, a desk with two chairs, a wardrobe with hangers and shelves, a direct-dial phone, double-glazed windows and Wi-Fi. One double room has a bath; the other bathrooms have a shower.
Hairdryer, towels, bath sheet, flannels, soap and shower gel are provided. The rooms were recently renovated, and it's the family who looks after them day to day.
In the morning
Continental breakfast is available as an option, on top of the room rate. It includes freshly squeezed orange juice, pastries straight from the oven, a choice of sugars, five jams and honey.
It is served in the inn's front room or, in fine weather, on the terrace facing the gorges. You can book it with your room or on arrival.
The inn's traditional restaurant is on the ground floor, with its dining room and open fire and its 200-seat terrace. You can have dinner here on the evenings the restaurant is open, then simply head upstairs to bed. Half board is available as an option on days the restaurant is open.

Free private parking is reserved for guests in front of the inn, with an area secured by an electric gate for motorbikes. Wi-Fi is free in the rooms, the communal areas, the dining room and on the terrace.
Night access is by key card, and an entry code is provided for late arrivals, as long as you let us know in advance. From the car park, access is via a staircase with a handrail; the team will help you carry your luggage up.
Around the hotel
The inn is the natural starting point for the Gorges du Loup: canyoning and river hiking in summer, walking trails, mountain passes for cyclists and winding roads for motorcyclists. The hilltop village of Gourdon overlooks the gorges, and the Confiserie Florian and a craft brewery are right here in Pont-du-Loup.
Tourrettes-sur-Loup, the village of violets, is 8 km away, Grasse 12 km, Saint-Paul-de-Vence 17 km, and Nice and Cannes less than 30 km. Nice airport is about 25 km away. Our summer stay and winter stay pages have ideas for each season.

No, breakfast is optional: €12 per person for continental, €20 for American. You can book it with your room or on arrival.
The rooms look out over the garden and the Loup valley, at the entrance to the gorges. If you have a preference, let us know when you book.
Check-in is from 3pm to 8pm and check-out from 7:30am to 11am. If you are arriving late, let the inn know and you will be given an entry code.
