The Auberge des Gorges du Loup can be hired for a private event near Grasse: a company party, a village celebration, a club's end-of-season dinner, an afternoon ceremony with tea. Depending on numbers, the dining room, the terrace or both are reserved for you, and Jean-Pierre will tell you what is possible.
Hire the dining room, the terrace or the whole auberge
You can book part of the dining room, the whole dining room (160 seats), the terrace (200 seats) or the entire auberge. Full private hire gives you a venue all to yourselves, with the garden, the terrace facing the gorges and the dining room with its fireplace.
The auberge has no separate meeting room: a presentation or an AGM is only possible with full private hire, when the dining room is entirely yours. That is why the auberge does not offer conventional seminars.
What kind of private events are possible?
A company or end-of-year meal, a club or association evening, a themed birthday party, a civil ceremony followed by a meal, a neighbourhood or village party, a lunch after a hike or a motorbike ride, a reunion dinner. Anything that fits in a dining room, a terrace and a kitchen.
What doesn't fit, we say so plainly: no separate meeting room, and no accommodation beyond 5 rooms. Being upfront about this avoids disappointment on the day.

A meal planned with the kitchen
The menu is put together with the auberge's kitchen, based on its traditional homemade cooking: local meats, signature dishes, homemade desserts. Seated meal, buffet, cocktail-style dinner or spit roasts to order: the format follows your plans.
The kitchen is on site, which makes everything simpler: no caterer, no equipment to hire, one contact for both the venue and the food.

Describe your project by phone or using the form: date, time, number of guests, format, and the experience you have in mind. Jean-Pierre will tell you what is possible and send you a menu and a quote.

The setting: the Gorges du Loup, near Grasse
The auberge is at Le Pont-du-Loup, at the mouth of the Gorges du Loup, on the riverbank, facing the hilltop village of Gourdon. It is 12 km from Grasse, 8 km from Tourrettes-sur-Loup, 17 km from Saint-Paul-de-Vence and less than 30 km from Nice and Cannes.
Free private parking is reserved for guests. For anyone staying the night, the hotel's 5 rooms are right above the restaurant.
